However, Bale recently revealed that his skills for transforming his body may soon be ending. “I’ve become a little more boring now because I’m older, and If I keep doing that, I’m going to die. So, I’d prefer not to die,” Bale told E! News.

But as he told Variety, “I had to get in the car,” he ended up losing even more weight. Bale lost about 70 pounds to accurately portray the lean and wiry physique of a professional race car driver from the 1960s.

Matt Damon, Bale’s co-star, was shocked by the actor’s weight loss, but when Damon asked Bale about how he did it, he gave him a direct answer: “He just looked at me and said, ‘I didn’t eat.”

Bale said for his weight loss, “I was just running like crazy. I could just run for hours on end, and I felt healthy.”

Bale won many awards for his role in The Fighter, including the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role, the Academy Award, and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Christian Bale gained 45 pounds for his role as Dick Cheney, a former President of the United States, in the movie “Vice.” The process involved consuming a high-calorie diet that consisted of junk food and soda to achieve the desired weight gain and even training to bulk up his neck, shave his head, and bleach his eyebrows, so it matched his role in the movie.

Many awards have been given to Vice, including the Academy Award for Best Make-Up and Hairstyling and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, which Bale properly won.

6. American Hustle
